"Parent Response"

My portfolio shows all my work with the 5 traits this semester, and shows how I have learned and applied the traits in my writing and projects. It shows my progress as a student, and my goals for my own learning.

I liked the maturity level of the content. I do believe you have come a long way in your writing. I would like to see an improvement in your grammar.


I really enjoyed your piece on Boss Tweed. I feel the fluency was intriguing and kept me interested. However, in my opinion the most valuable trait would be the word choice trait. The angry letter piece was very well said. You were able to relay your frustration while still portraying your positive outlook in general for the establishment.


Well, you know mom, I want you to focus on all of these traits and to do your very best to sharpen and implement all of these traits in concert. Orchestrating all of these traits consistently will allow you to create and open up a world of opportunities.
